The Black Air Cap (29 PSI) produces fine atomization, generating smaller droplet sizes for maximum film uniformity, tight edge control, and minimal overspray—ideal for applications requiring high surface refinement.

The Red Air Cap (25 PSI) is tuned for lower shear atomization, producing a controlled, slightly larger droplet structure that improves metallic and pearl orientation.
